WellBalance runs small, personal programs with highly skilled staff so that we get to know every camper's needs and interests.  You are NOT a number at WellBalance.

Your ME Plan can’t mean “I eat pizza 3 meals a day” but the balance of when, how much, and what type of pizza you eat depends on your ME Plan goals—are you trying to lose weight? How much do you need to lose to get to a healthy weight? Are you maintaining weight? Are you trying to add muscle?
