Hi, I’m Betty Balance & thank you so much for visiting my blog. I am here to share more information with you about the WellBalance approach to healthy living, and give you my insights on current health-related topics that are going on in society today.

Just to give you a little background about me, I’m 40 years-old, married, and have two children at home. I’ve fought to maintain a healthy lifestyle for most of my life, and find that I can easily begin to gain unwanted weight if I’m not controlling my food choices & exercise habits.

Like most people, I can get busy with all that is going on in my life, and not pay attention to the latest happenings with healthy living and weight loss research. That is why I created this blog. I wanted to be able to share how various people are being successful in their journey towards a healthy lifestyle, and what the medical industry is doing to treat the obesity problem our society is currently facing.
