We’re not building the next weight lifting champion, but it is important to build strength, regardless of your age or gender.

You’ll learn a safe and effective way to train. You’ll learn the type of exercises, the right weights to use, and how to ensure you don’t “hit the wall” and stop progressing even after you return home.

With large activity blocks throughout the day, every camper will have opportunities for daily workout routines that will increase their abilities in each of these five areas of fitness

Every camper will learn:

  • the exercises that will stimulate each muscle group for improved muscular strength,
  • daily workout routinesactive and passive stretching routines that will improve flexibility,
  • plyometic and movement drills that will increase muscular power,
  • sustainable aerobic activities than will advance their cardiovascular conditioning,

Plus, we’ll do a lot of this without using big fancy equipment. This way you can build strength anywhere you are, any time of day. No excuses!

Furthermore, WellBalance campers will receive instruction in a variety of fun & engaging group exercise classes like

  • Yoga

  • Plyometrics
  • Aerobics
  • Bootcamps
  • And the WellBalance camp favorite...Zumba.

The WellBalance fitness staff are professionals who have obtain college degrees & certifications in the areas of physical education, sports medicine, and exericse science.

Our employees have experience instructing large group exerice classes, individual personal training sessions with clients of all ages, working with scholarship college athletes, and even professional football team athletic departments.
