If you have read the sections of the website about the fun activities, the science behind our fitness approach, or how we help you improve your skills, you hopefully understand—we know what we’re talking about.
But now you’re probably wondering, “So what will we do?” Fair question. The better question might be, “What won’t you do?”

In order to develop and improve your skills, in order to help you lose weight / get in shape, and in order to bond with one another and have fun you’ll participate in a number of different sports and activities.
Plus, by experiencing many forms of exercise, the campers at WellBalance will be able to find the activities that do well and enjoy doing, and will then use this as a means of staying active.
Below are some examples of the types of things you might have the opportunity to do. The longer you stay, the more activities and sports you’ll be able to try. Remember, our Cape Cod camp Typical Day is a little different than our California camp Typical Day, so choose your camp based on where you want to go and on the types of things you like to do.
