At camp you will eat great food. Last year campers told us the pizza, lasagna, and bbq chicken were some of their favorites. Some of the great food will be food you love with simple substitutions and minor changes to make for healthier diet and healthier eating. Other food might be new to you but you'll know you love it because you will learn your taste profile and how to make changes to make the healthy food delicious to YOU!
Plus, you will get the recipes for the food you love so you can make this same food at home.
No Hunger Rule
You can’t live your life hungry. That’s why we have a “No Hunger Rule”. Every camper is served a delicious, healthy, balanced meal plus unlimited access to the Health Buffet loaded with delicious fruits, veggies, yogurt, and salads. Every camper eats until they are full and satisfied.
This might all sound too good to be true. It isn’t. You have to make changes to your diet. You have to adjust the number and type of Calories IN in order to meet your goals—whether it is to lose weight, maintain weight, get in shape, or add muscle.
One Size Weight Loss Plans Do NOT Fit All
You need to learn how to make food changes and which changes you can live with to meet your goals. One size does not fit all. Neither should your weight loss program. Weight loss plans for teens and young adults should be tailored to YOUR needs based on what science has shown works for lasting weight loss success.
