Let’s face it, awareness of the problem is the first step to changing the problem. Campers are made more aware of these patterns thanks to their ME Book where they write down activity, diet, and thoughts.

Health Coaching also helps the participant develop their commitment to losing weight. Giving positive feedback for achieving milestones and initial success is all a part of the coaching process, along with helping the participants change the way they think and feel about food and activity. This also involves changing your beliefs about yourself and your internal dialogue.
