Everyone 10 – 20 years old is welcome at WellBalance weight loss camps for kids and teens because every one has different needs and goals. WellBalance also runs Fitness Boot Programs for ages 20 - 30, which are camps for weight loss for those in college or early in their careers who recognize that healthy changes need to be made. 

You don’t have to be a certain weight. Every one is welcome because every person can have success at WellBalance: lose weight, get in shape, improve self esteem, meet new friends, learn healthier skills, and / or make lasting changes.
